I had an issue with an order because the sofa delivered was not what I believed I had ordered. I want to commend Sofa and Sectionals for how they handled the situation. They took the time to review my concerns, listened to my perspective, and ultimately refunded 100% of my purchase. While the sofa itself was not what I had ordered, I was very pleased with how professionally and fairly the company handled the situation. I appreciate their willingness to listen and make things right. My experience with their customer service was very positive.
