Thanks a lot - no lid and carpet damaged
I was mixing the colour in my bathroom with the door open and there was no lid on the mixer bottle and now my carpet is completely full of black dark dots. This is such a mistake. I need to buy a new carpet now, worst shop ever. I would hope a company like yours would send the product after quality check making sure that everything as it should be. And to Anna Corr: learn to read. I also have to paint my BATHROOM walls and doors where I mixed the colour.
