Unprofessional, dreadful company. Steer clear.
Ordered a dress in two sizes; the smaller size reeked of sweat/body odour, although it still had labels on. Poor quality in my opinion. I immediately sent an email, but received no reply. I posted them back, received no acknowledgement. Chased my email twice, but got no response. Tried to contact them through Facebook, no response. Tried through Instagram, no response. Had to ring them twice to finally get through to the right person. They did refund the order and promised a refund on postage, then rang back to say the Accounts wouldn't allow it! Absoultely dreadful experience, such an unprofessional company. I agree with previous contributor; when spending £270 with them, you would expect free returns. How could a company send out an item that smelled so disgusting?
