Firstly I would give this bad, untrustworthy and cheating business No star if there is the option. Just take the 1 star as no star. This comment says it all. If you want to buy bad quality products form Exclusivia, go ahead. And if your product arrived with missing items and parts, good luck with the replacement or refund. When they are contacted, the auto reply always says they are putting their fastest fingers to reply….infact fastest fingers to swindle. FYI purscahed item in October 2025 and ongoing with missing parts up to today 15-8-2026.
