Outstanding customer service with Julia P!
I placed an order online with France & Son for a piece of furniture that sadly had been discontinued. Julia Picierro assisted me in not only apologizing and notifying me of the issue, but went to bat for me with the management team to obtain a full refund for me. Julia was quick to respond, very respectful, and understanding in our request to have the return fee waived. She is the perfect picture of customer service!
