Jasmin has been great via email
Jasmin has been great via email. After my order processed I got the email telling me about my 14 day free trial where I could buy products and then pay $9.99 for shipping. The kicker was the $49 after the 14 days then $49 every 28 days. I respectfully declined explaining I haven’t even received what I ordered so how do you even know if you want to order something else. I was offered until October to enjoy the trial and also get a free serum. I said no to the membership because I would rather just reorder if I want something else. I do not like being sucked into a monthly payment after spending over $200. I still have 5 stars and seriously hoping I haven’t made a giant mistake by even ordering through them vs Amazon
