package has been in my home town for 12 days now and still has not showed up then after those 12 days it said it was out for delivery for another 16 days costumer support is useless i tried talking with them and no luck they just say o its out for delivery..... like ik that's what it says but why is it this late it says 5 to 8 day delivery not one to two month still waiting on package
