SCAMSHOP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered the Jacques 25 Coat in red. 1) The item I ordered was made to order and not ready to ship. This was not communicated on the website (otherwise I would not have ordered it) and I had to ask customer service why my order was not shipped yet after it did not arrive in the given time for shipping. 2) The coat does not look exactly like the one pictured online. The so advertised, silk ribbon around the edges is the wrong colour (it is not matching the red of the "wool") and not pleated in box pleats, but messily ruffled, probably with only one gathering string. I sew myself and the quality of this is making me physically ill. Right now I´m debating of getting rid of it entirely. 3) I need to redo the lining and ALL of the buttons because they are sewn wrong. They do not match the button holes by 2-3 cm. I have to redo them anyway, since the first button fell off when I was trying the coat on for the first time. 4) The coat I ordered is DEFENITELY neither wool (a wool blend at best) nor silk. The lining is sewn in really bad, and if Linnenaive does not refund or offers me a replacement that matches the advertised quality, I WILL do a burn test with some leftovers from making the coat look less like s.... 5) There is no coat hanger sewn in, another thing I will have to add. Edit to 4) Linennaive answered my request for a return of the coat. They claim that they never specifially stated that the coat lining was 100% pure silk. The name they used was "Encrypted Shumei Silk" wich is a fancy name for 100% polyester fabric. HOWEVER they are required by european law to state exactly what fiber was used for whatever fabric they sell, and "silk" is a term only allowed for pure, organic silk fabrics made from silk worms. They also did not follow the act wich requires them to state exactly what fiber is used in their clothing via a tag. They try to actively decieve customers and they break EU-laws. They also deleted my negative comment on their website, where I gave other potential customers a warning about the low quality. With that practice, of course all of their items have good reviews only, but it is also a sign of the shop scamming buyers. Second Edit: They want me to send back the coat at my own expense. While this itself is fair and shops are not required to pay for shipping if you want to return an item, they use serveral scamming tactics: A) They want you to declare a package value that does not exceed 35$. They require this so they do not have to pay customs but if the package gets lost, you will NOT get any money back from the delivery service your chose! (and you have no way of finding out if they lie to you and say the package never reached them, so they don´t have to pay you back your money) B) They do not want you to give a Personal name as the repicient, not Linennaive (those will be rejected and the return not completed, therefore you won´t gent your money). I am assuming this is another way to get out of any responsibility should the package get lost and a way to evade customs. ALL of the things stated above are highly suspect and practically scream "We want to cheat you out of your money". If you are in Germany and bought from them in the past, please report them to the "Verbraucherschutz". If you live elsewhere in the EU, please report them to your customer protection authorities. All in all the coat is of a bad quality. I knew Linnenaive was bad, but I would never have paid 250€ for something I still have to invest time and resources into making it look halfway decent. Right now I have paid 250$ for an item I could have done in better materials and quality myself. I will keep this as a reminder to not buy from chinese companies and will use this as a pattern for a coat next winter.
