I had a very disappointing experience with Liberty Home Guard. I filed my first claim and quickly realized the claims process is far too slow. First, they send a technician to diagnose the issue. Then you have to wait for the technician to submit the diagnosis, wait again for Liberty Home Guard to review it, and then wait even longer for a determination before any repair can move forward. When you have a broken appliance or home system, you don’t have days or weeks to sit around waiting for multiple layers of approval. The entire process is frustrating and inefficient. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I decided to cancel my home warranty. I was looking for peace of mind and prompt service, but that’s not what I received.
