Dropped the phone and the screen broke
Dropped the phone and the screen broke. Rugged phone? Nope. Blackview doesn't give a crap either. Here's there response from support@blackview : "Hello, Your phone has been used for nearly a year, and then you broke it yourself. So please buy the screen replacement yourself." Nice people huh?! This phone is as terrible as their customer service.
