it's the worst software ever don't waste your time and money for 11 days I'm trying to recover my hard drive without any luck it always gets stuck 1/4 of the way you always need to start from the beginning as far as the support is one of the worst. there is only one person working there per day. so if you try to chat or Email or phone call you will get 1 person answer you (if he does) basically nothing good about this company
