Great customer service and quick solution
There was a miscommunication in my order in regards to the photo background, and so the wrong crystal received a background; this was no one’s fault, it just occurred due to something that misidentified photos on both of our ends. I reached out to Luiza regarding this mistake and she promptly had a new crystal fabricated with the correct background and sent out to me. The willingness to correct an issue when many other companies would not have has left a positive impression on me. Because of the way Luiza handled this, I am happy to say that I had a positive experience with this company and that I am looking forward to my next time dealing with them for another gift.
