Rangemaster customer service is exceptional!
Took delivery of a beautiful Rangemaster 100 Professional Plus cooker a couple of months ago. Had a small fault of condensation on the door after a handful of uses. Contacted the Rangemaster live chat facility and received just the best care from Ben who assisted us in making the engineer appointment as we were away on holiday at the time….now being superbly handled by Pacifica,the repair company who look after Rangemaster. A joy to see such care and attention to detail being taken in these online days! Thank you Ben.
