Vapofi use to be the greatest company…
Vapofi use to be the greatest company in the vape business to work with order from return process and product. NOT ANYMORE. Since they were bought out by another company, everything about them has begun to fail. They cannot get there recorded messages correct. I swore I would never leave this company, now it seems I have no other choice. It is so so disappointing. Firstly, I don't like to order on a computer system, I want to talk to someone, their recorded message says their business is open from 9am to 9 pm. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY NEVER AMSWER THEIR PHONE. They use to have one customer service person 24 hours a day and that number was always being used. That means people were calling at night, more business, right? Now there is no one to answer questions! Lack of interest in their customers without a doubt. SOME OF THIS CAN BE BLAMED ON GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IN MY LIFE. HOWEVER, very little of this has to do these problems. This is just [NOW] a poorly run business, such a shame!
