Was trying to book a car but met with some glitches as I was not able to sync my particulars using Singpass. Was a bit frustrated and contacted their customer care. Was surprised that they are responsive so early in the morning and walk me through some by-paasees and have my account verified to start using the apps. Thank Maricon for the guidance and help render. I didn't give 5 stars as there were glitches in the first place. But the follow up was excellent ☺️
