Carlinkit Tbox Max (Led SM6225)
I have been using the Tbox since January 2023. My car is not fitted with touch screen and I control the Tbox with a bluetooth trackball mouse. The product is a nice android box which also features wireless android auto.I am now used with this device and like it a lot. A few days back I faced a problem with my Tbox. I was playing with some settings of the Tbox. I forgot which settings I tweaked and on the next connection, nothing was displayed on my screen. I thought my Tbox was gone forever, as I have read in a forum that many people lost their Tbox specially after upgrading the Tbox. They did not get any assistance from the stores they purchased their tboxes from I however decided to contact the support of carlinkitcarplay.com. Their representative Coco replied and we exchanged a few emails to enable Coco fully understand the problem. Then a solution was proposed and it worked. Coco was always very polite, apologising for not replying instantly though the replies were within a very reasonable timeframe (generally 2-3 hours) and used a friendly tone all along the way. I consider that this company knows it's products very well and provide reliable support service. I highly recommend purchasing from them and in case of trouble Coco will be there to help.
