I received my order and while working on one of my projects, I discovered that I had gotten a bunch of wrong drills. I emailed the company and they said they would replace the wrong ones. That was over a month ago, and I still have not received the replacements. I have emailed them several times and now I get no response. Loved ordering from them before this, but this customer service is not helpful. I cannot finish the piece I was working on. Totally unhappy with them now
