A bit disappointed...UPDATE: Satisfied customer!
From what I saw of the preview it showed that the picture would be made from the border of the crystal and what I received it started off in the middle so it appears cut off and awkward than what I was shown. UPDATE: Changed my update from 3 stars to 4. Reached out to customer service and spoke with Bruna. Was told my order would be redone and shipped on time and received by Friday (guaranteed 2day shipping) for my mother's birthday who is a brand new grandmother. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver in time but I was reimbursed a partial refund and coupon code for any future orders I place. I appreciate it!
