HSR top-ups are not provided immediately + security checks
HSR top-ups are not provided during 30 min window but they do charge money. I've paid 175$ for 2 packs in order, and support asked me photo of credit card & bank statement for purchase. When provided was told that need to wait 24 hours to verify documents... I've made a lot of purchases there but such thing is first time
