Terrible business! Do not waste your money! The tech will come out and you’ll be charged $90-118, just for him to say yep there’s a problem. He’ll ask you to pay another ridiculous amount of money for a part and then another $100+ to fix it. Use your local handy man up the road, trust me! Jon the manger will just say “I’m sorry” and poor Ruth is scripted on the customer service side. Do not expect a refund when you get poor service or NO service.
