I ordered the Opal and Moonstone Orion…
I ordered the Opal and Moonstone Orion ring in January. I usually wait about six months to write a review on jewellery, aa longevity is a big factor for me. The ring didn't even make it this long - by May, I noticed one of the moonstones has fallen out. I contacted customer service but the response was quite shocking. The option was provided was to give me 50% to buy a new one. I do not understand the logic of purchasing a product that will be unusable after as little as 4 months. I could end up buying three per year at this rate. Customer service was "kind" but ultimately completely unaware that they were essentially saying "Yes, our products are low quality and that's just the way it is." I was very happy to send the product back, but no budging. A complete waste of money for a poor product. As an aside, the photo on the website is very misrepresentative of the opal, which is actually quite poor quality. I guess that's what you pay for, but they could update the website photo to show what the opal you get actually looks like
