HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed my order for three printed diamond paints, a diamond painting with a personal photo and a counted cross stitch of a photo on January 17th. Today is February 10th, and when I inquire about updates, I do get a reply, but it's the same reply I get regardless of what I ask! The tracking to look up is a joke, very vague, no specifics. When this is over and I do get my items, (now worried about the condition after reading these reviews) I'm reaching out to the BBB, and anyone else that will listen. There has to be a site for all of this shady cyber businesses! Being in customer service myself, this is by far, the WORST customer service ever! I paid a good amount of money for these items, and I get it if the personalized ones slowed it down a bit, but all I ask is to be updated BY A HUMAN, and apparently, either that is too much to ask, or they don't read English seeing as tho it's all coming from overseas!!
