No response from customer support
I placed an order: Your Order #98000065188 1 hr later the GC changed their selection. I immediately tried to call Hudson reed to amend the order. No phones any more.. So I messaged your customer support.. no response in a week. I placed an order for the other radiator which arrived as expected. The initial order listed above still has not arrived and we've tried to contact you with no success. Not impressed!
