UK return policy on website
UK customer here. Beautiful clothing, but unfortunately the return process does not align with what is stated on the website. The website return policy says one thing, while the return note states something different. I’ve never had any issues with this company before, until now. To be clear, there is no misunderstanding or confusion on my part, the return policy on the website needs to be updated to reflect the actual process.
