Easy to use platform with friendliest and proactive sales and account manager
Aspire understands the needs of newly established start up ventures like ourselves. I personally picked Aspire in the first place after hearing all the positive comments that my colleagues had shared. As far as features are concerned, here are my personal top picks: 1. Multi-currency Accounts: this allows us to receive and send funds with multiple currencies. This is especially useful when investments are sent with foreign currencies, enabling us to have multiple accounts at once without having the hassle of approaching banks one-by-one. Not to mention, we are able to convert and transfer USD accounts with full conversion rate transparency, which can be done in less than a day. (I can check the rate anytime anywhere within the app, and convert when the rate is favorable). FYI: If you are lucky, Aspire also gives 0 fee for a certain number of local currency transactions per month, and this saves early stage companies like ours a lot! 2. Digital Spending Card: Imagine having electronic debit cards that you can use online so you don’t have to worry about adding more time in verifying and reimbursing employee claims. (Not to mention, it will be more difficult if employees don’t have debit / credit cards in the first place). I tried approaching traditional banks in ID to issue a corporate petty cash card, and the process took almost a month, which was frustrating. Not to mention, I also incurred an admin fee per card per month. With aspire, the process was completed within minutes while allowing me to issue and distribute unlimited electronic cards for free. Of course, there are other features offered but these two are the most useful for our company that is just a month old. Aside from product features, which other platforms might have similar offerings, Aspire does have the friendliest sales and account manager. Every request or query that I raise is answered immediately via WhatsApp group. If issues get more complex, they would proactively ask to schedule for online meetings. As our company moves very fast, Aspire does help clarify and fix issues in a relatively short period of time. Sure things are not always 100% perfect, but speedy response is all what we need.
