Great product but very bad…
Great product but very bad communication and support. I placed an order in early December and recieved part of it about 3 weeks later. It was a large and expensive order. Since then I have sent three emails and all I get is an automated enailk response saying "We're currently seeing an increase in tickets and are doing our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We've received your message and will respond as quickly as we can." No call and no response. This is my third order and until now, I have been very satisfied but now I'm looking out for alternatives.
