Eventually
Eventually received my sim. I had to request it multiple times I messaged many times on the chat link provided but only received an automated response. The next day I received an email saying it was resent. I did receive that and have since connected. The firms website says the esim email would be sent immediately after payment. It wasn’t.neither was my repeated inquiries answered by their chat box. According to them it was sent 3 hours later. I received it the next morning.
