Terrible Customer Service. Check your order before you hit SEND !
I am writing this review and also putting a review on yelp in regards to the Customer Service . I ordered 3 custom diamond dot art and only received 1 in diamond dot and the other two were counted cross stitch . There site was confusing and did not notice it said cross stitch. They charged me extra money for clarity of a picture and I paid it immediately. I also ordered 5 other diamond dots. The reason of my review is that I have reached out to the company multiple times and I asked told them to reimburse me or send me the correct diamond art, also, that I wouldn't of ordered two counted cross and one diamond art of personal pictures. I don't do cross stitch !! I will never recommend this company nor ever use them again. I should of realized it was coming from a foreign company and they won't say " The customer is always right" and try to settle this making the customer happy !!!
