I purchased a $200 giftcard from moogold.com, but the balance is $0.
Yesterday I purchased a $200 eBay gift card from moogold.com. However, the balance on the card I received from moogold.com was $0 and I could not use it. Order ID #6980164 I contacted moogold.com again today to ask how long I should wait for a response to this issue and if I could get a refund for this order, but so far they have not answered my questions... This is 100% true. I will edit this post if I get my money back.. added: The eBay agent said there was a problem with this code. It's because it was stock from that store for a really long time. If they are authorized reseller's you won't have problem redeeming the codes here on eBay.
