It is a awful experience with this website from the start and it is my son's wedding. Thru the website, I tried to book a room but never did receive a confirmation. So, as I was ready to book directly with Comfort Inn, I recceived my credit card statement and was charged $259.00 for accomodations for which I received no confirmation, no details of the accommodation such as dates, room info, per night charge, total charges including tax, and similar info that hotel guests should receive (and would have if I had done the booking independently of the With Joy.com). This is a case for the Texas State Attorney General. I am truly furious enough to go ahead and write to Ken Paxton's office. I absolutely do not recommend this website, whether you are the wedding party or guest.
