We have ordered a memorial
We have ordered a memorial post for our dead dog. It only arrived after 14 days and then it was broken. Now we are discussing it via Paypal despite having proof pictures! and it always just says "contact us by email", which we have already done (there is proof here too!). They do not respond to our demands, the only thing that comes back is "write us an email". You have pictures of your damaged item, finally give us our money back!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!
