Cora did an awesome job guiding me through the process of getting the microchips for my 3 cats registered. She was patient, thoughtful, personable and very professional. A great customer service experience overall -- and it could not have been easier. Cora should be recognized for her great work and that is why I am acknowledging her in this post. BRAVO Cora :)
