Customer service is the worst
Getting the meds was easy. The customer service is the worst. They won't work with you it's their way or the highway. I couldn't afford the increase dose so I made request for refund for last six months as the low dose wasn't working at all. They said no. I asked if we could compromise and turn the last 6 months of meds into 3 and make it a higher dose They said no.
