Sent my litter robot for repair, cost me 60 pounds, they didn’t pay custom fees which I would have happily sent them the money for if I was asked, instead they ignored it and subsequently my parcel got sent back to me So 60 pounds down the drain and no fixed litter robot Dont bother paying for their faulty machines.
