If I could give them 0 STARS I would, 1. Took forever to receive the harness after I ordered it. Allowed 2 weeks before we were going on vacation. Got down to crunch time, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Some AI person named Katie. 2. Ended up ordering a knockoff from Amazon for less money and it’s worked out great!! 3. AI Customer Service strung me along for over 90 days and will not accept their Harness back in an unopened package. 4. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! LOOK AT THEIR BBB TRACK RECORD.
