Do not buy from Fishneo. I purchased an item explicitly advertised and invoiced as the "Octopus Art Top & Elasticated Trousers Two-Piece Set". Instead of sending the full outfit, they only delivered the single top.When I contacted customer service with photographic proof of their packing error, an agent named Lina blamed me, claiming I "didn't look closely" at the product page and should have read it properly. To make matters worse, they are refusing to issue a full refund unless I pay for expensive international return shipping back to China, track the package, and cover potential import taxes for their mistake. Instead of simply sending the missing trousers, they insultingly offered me a "25% discount on my next order" if I keep the incomplete item.This company uses confusing website dropdowns to trick buyers and relies on high international return shipping costs to trap people into keeping half an order. They completely ignore UK Consumer Law. I have stopped engaging with their useless support team and am reclaiming my £23.00 directly through a bank chargeback. Avoid at all costs.
