Have a problem…don’t count on RoboRock 1: claims unit not received I sent proof of delivery 2: claimed cannot find unit Why 3: Finally found, but no idea when unit will be repaired Should have gone e the front of the line 4: after weeks of calls am told ‘this has been escalated’ To what 5: after numerous calls I am told ready to ship What took so long and I offered to just have a refurbished unit sent 6: nothing but excuses and disorganization Not a company one can rely on
