You will not receive your order or a refund
I ordered from Hermosa Hair on February 9, 2024 and despite claiming they ship in 3-5 days, they didn’t ship my order until February 20th after I emailed them asking for a refund. They supposedly sent my package through DHL Express but the package never reached my home and I have an email from DHL saying the package was lost in transit. Waiting to see how Hermosa Hair will handle this. I’ve never had issues like this with any other hair company. I suggest using UNice or Sunber, but if you order from this company at least use the Paypal business payment option so you can at least try for a refund!!!
