I purchased the F65 Treadmill on February 9, 2024 after investing alot of time researching for the highest quality treadmill in the price range from $1,500 to $2,000. I assembled the treadmill on March 3rd. I found the assembly instruction to be inadequate and poorly written. Many of the fasteners to secure the plastic trim to the steel frame would not work. I was shorted two 2 threaded machine bolts for the display. After assembly the treadmill would not operate only the display board. I followed the technical support for a reset the unit from factory sleep mode and still could not get to operated. Disassembled to recheck all wiring connections which I found to be poor quality female to male connections. This unit was fabricated in China very poor quality. I am in the process with Sole this am to return treadmill for a full refund. I would not recommend this brand
