One thing before I start: if this invitation is about my experience with Redragon’s customer service, then even one star feels generous. If it is about the hardware I recently purchased, however, I would happily give five stars. My experience with customer service: Several months ago I opened a support ticket regarding an issue with my Redragon keyboard while it was still under warranty. I never received a response. Today, months later, I suddenly received an email asking me to rate my experience with Redragon’s customer service on Trustpilot. That is rather ironic. Asking customers for feedback while leaving an actual support request unanswered for months does not exactly reflect good customer service. The hardware itself has been very good in my experience. The support, unfortunately, has not.
