Horrible Company!
ORDER H52992 I have emailed this company more than 5 times since March 4th, 2024 regarding my order H52992. I canceled my order on March 5 after receiving an email at 3 am from Hermosahair asking for my personal banking information and driver's license in a picture with me holding it. They said my payment was remind?? I have never heard of that so I told them I did not feel comfortable doing business with them any longer and to cancel my order immediately. I keep having to come on here and communicate with them because they will not respond to my emails after canceling my order! This has been a draining experience!!! $378!!! of my money has been played with for over a week now and no they have never shipped the wigs!!! they say you pay the same day before noon I believe and it ships the same day I keep checking order has never shipped! so I canceled and you gave no response or refund and nothing was ever shipped! Give me back my money Asap!!!!!!!!!!
