Excellent customer service – thank you, Lira! I recently ordered a PITAKA Summa Case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the case arrived with some visible damage on the surface and edges. I contacted PITAKA customer support, and Lira was absolutely fantastic. She responded quickly, was very friendly and professional, and handled the whole situation perfectly. She immediately acknowledged the issue and arranged a replacement without any unnecessary questions or hassle. I was especially impressed that I was not required to return the damaged case and could continue using it for basic protection until the replacement arrives. A special thank you to Lira for her excellent customer service, patience and professionalism. She made what could have been a frustrating situation very easy and stress-free.
