I had an American standard walk in tub…
I had an American standard walk in tub placed in my home for over 20 grand. Had all the inspections done ,including my hot water tank .It passed with flying colors. My husband and I tried the tub and it worked great for half way thru you get ice cold water each time. Then I was told to get a bigger hot water tank installed when I was upset that I can’t use my tub. It is almost a 21 thousand dollar shower chair! I’m still making payments and haven’t had a soaking bath in years now! I miss my old tub! At least I could soak in it . I’m in Cronic pain . What a waste of money! As long as they get their sale. I wish I could undo the damage that was done ,so sad 😢
