Don't follow instructions.
i feel that many of these supplier do not follow instructions or they don't understand english communications. Nearly every order i some issue, usually a small issue, like a crushed product box, or they sealed the product in plastic, how am i suppose to print my logo if they seal it. ect ... another case - my brand should be lasered or printed , no stickers, the supplier used stickers, which is against our policy.
