Gaomon is a great graphics tablet company, everything came to me very quickly and the tablet seems very convenient and comfortable to me. My pen broke, but I found a piece of paper in the zip bag that was in the tablet box, where it was written about their support. I wrote to that mail. A very nice person helped me for a long time. This person said that the pen could no longer be repaired, so he/she applied for a replacement pen. After a couple of days, the pen arrived and everything works.
