Quick and effective assistance

I encountered some hardware issues I couldn't resolve on my own, and the customer service was perfect. They guided me through diagnosing the problem with clear instructions, and the replacement part was sent very quickly and easily. I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I encounter any other issues. I highly recommend!

Employees appear to genuienly care about good experiences with swift responses and quick action. I had a problem with the store page where it said the item i wanted to purchase was unavailable in my area. After contacting them, it took merely a few hours for them to respond with the problem fixed!

Swift and professional

I made a mistake in my order and purchased the wrong pen for my display model. Thankfully, I was able to reach out to customer service and the employee that I had, Ciyea Zhang, was extremely diligent and always quick to respond to my concerns. With their assistance, I was able to adjust my order to what I wanted.

very helpful customer service (rare these days)

the stand to my tablet that I've had for 4+ years broke, tablet is still trucking but I couldn't find a replacement stand. After looking around and being unable to find it, I emailed the support team and got a confirmation that the product is out of stock and there are no plans to restock it, but gave me the info i needed on the mount type so I could go look for alternate options! Very easily found a ton of options with the information given and ended up finding a desk arm that's compatible that I think will be much better for my spine than the table stand it came with initially.

I received a near-immediate response to my concerns

I received a near-immediate response to my ticket even though it was the weekend. Plus, when customer service did reach out two days later, they walked me through how to resolve my issue in an easy way of processing a return after I receive the item, so the option is still there. However I am very excited for the item and should'nt have to return it!!

Initially they had forgotten to deliver the pen alongside my display. I sent out a response asking for assistance, almost instantly I got a reply and they had sent out a new pen and it arrived in a few days
