Great Customer Service
The package I received was missing a piece and the customer service team worked diligently with me to make sure I received exactly what I was missing.
Very good customer support. Very kind and helpful!
I don't usually write reviews. When I purchased the tablet from Gaomon I noticed that the scroll wheel was having issues. Of course I wrote support and I got my money refunded in an easy to understand and straightforward process. Plus the support was very nice and helpful. Would greatly recommend service!
Still good as new!
I bought a drawing tablet from Gaomon over 6 and a half years ago now and it still works as good as the day I bought it! While the model I purchased is no longer available for sale, when I had a minor software issue customer support was extremely helpful in helping me fix it and very responsive!
Amazing customer support.
Their customer support is actually top notch. Helped me every step of the way and was super kind as well.
Fantastic Support Team
Prompt responses and consistent follow-ups made working with the support team easy and stress-free.

Very helpful, provided many options to my issue
love gaomon support
they are kind and respond quick. every time I have contacted support over the years I have been satisfied. they seem to genuinely care about their products and customers. and I like that I am talking to a real human and not some ai robot that won't help me.
I'm extremely satisfied with your service support
I'm extremely satisfied with your support service. However, I have one suggestion: please consider starting a dedicated service centre in India. It would help many users here get faster assistance when needed.
Helpful Support
The person who helped me was super attentive, helpful and kind, Ciyea Zhang

I had the wrong cords when I purchased my Gaomon tablet , luckily the customer support went above and beyond to help me not only help me when my problem, send me new cords but also check in with me to see if those new cords worked. I will be purchasing from here again !!
Product replacement
After I had received the GAOMON M106K Graphics Tablet, the Pen didn't work and neither charged. So, I contacted the support. The support answered quickly (a lot faster than I did), I answered their questions and sent them a short video of the pen not working. They quickly sent a full replacement! They also answered additional questions, related to similar products, etc. Very friendly, helpful and fast. Thank you, Ciyea and GAOMON!
service d'assistance très réactif et efficace
The driver installation wasn't working properly, so I had to contact support. The response was very quick, and after a detailed discussion about my problem, I was given a specific procedure. The problem was resolved in less than 24 hours.
You guys were great
You guys were great, didn’t ask to many unnecessary questions, only tried to get to the bottom of the situation and fix the problem, appreciated the service cause it didn’t feel like I was being interrogated either. And y’all were understanding aswell.
Many thanks to the GAOMON support team
Many thanks to the GAOMON support team, especially the representative who has been assisting me so far with great expertise and patience. The service has been excellent and ongoing, and I am looking forward to the completion of the support soon. I truly appreciate all your efforts and hope to continue experiencing the same great level of assistance.
Amazing customer service and problem solution.
My concerns and issues were handled quickly and completely. I am more than 100% happy with my results. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again, they are fantastic.
Positive overall experience
Product is great! Unfortunately the material quality of the Leather Case Bracket was very weak but Customer Service Representative Ciyea Zhang handled the issue well!
Truly amazing service and product!
The shipping was very fast, the product in perfect condition despite being refurbished, and it is an extremely good display tablet! what really made the experience amazing was the support! I mentioned in my feedback on my ebay review that it didn't come with the leather screen protector bracket. I was contacted and compensated $10! I didn't know customer service this good still happened!! The PD 1320 is soo responsive, and the screen brightneses is amazing! I initially tought it wouldn't look amazing because of the IPS panel and %82 NTSC, but it really does look amazing! The only mild critique I can think of is the pen being slightly less comfortable, and a little heavier than a Wacom pen, but that's a nitpick at best. I will gladly be recomending Gaomon to anyone I know looking for a display tablet at an affordable price, as the refurbished prices are a stellar deal!!
