GAOMON

Superior

Superior, very fast and solution oriented customer service. Although the pen of my tablet was broken after about 1,5 years of usage, I am very satisfied about how Gaomon customer service handled this situation.

Gaomon WH851 review

The team was very responsive to my issues when I emailed them about a shipping delay. They were kind, patient and offered an alternative if I needed it. Luckily, the package arrived safely despite the delay (which wasn't their fault) and the team was very happy to hear that. The pricing of the tablet is great (WH851), it came with good accessories and it's lovely to work on. It's not slippery and the pen is a great size to hold.

The Gaomon company is very sociable

The Gaomon company is very sociable. Ms. Ciyea Zhang from GAOMON Customer Service is particularly helpful. She provides information quickly and comprehensively. A clear advertisement for the Gaomon company and its employees.

Support helped me resolve the issue…

Support helped me resolve the issue with my device and they were very friendly too. I am grateful to them.

Best digital tablet I have ever had

I have had my Gaomon Tablet for over a year now and it has preformed extremely well! It has a solid build, vibrant display, and accurate pen digitization. A bit ago it stopped working as expected (I think it a windows update broke it) and their support was very nice and helpful! They where able to guide me though the process of remediating the issue and I am happy to say that it fully works now and I look forward to continuing using this tablet in the future! 5 Stars at a price that wont break the bank. Would recommend!

Gaomon Will Always Be There For You

I was worried that I would not be heard out by Gaomon as other tablet companies often just brush off customers who buy from them( let alone those who didnt have insurance). I had gotten my new tablet after my last gaomon died after 10 years of service. I was so sadden that it had malfunction within 2 months of use. I was asked for video evidence as one should always do when trying to solve any tablet problem and was immediately provided a new tablet afterwords. I felt so happy and valued! it reminded me why I love this company and their products to begin with!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I unfortunately received a broken device, but after quickly going through all common fixes, I was sent a new tablet! Communication was easy, quick and uncomplicated.

They solved my problem :)

Fantastic Support, Great tablets

While the first tablet purchased was faulty, GAOMON's customer service was on it right away. Within a week I received a working tablet. If nothing else, GAOMON's support is top notch, and the tablets are great for the price.

Amazing customer support!

The customer support of GAOMON has been next level. I had contacted GAOMON through email and they have responded in timely and professional manners. I feel as if they generally care about my experience. If you are in the market for any products on their website I wouldnot deal with anyone else.
