"rest assured" your time will be wasted tremendously
My recent experience with this prop firm has been "Rest assured it will be taken care of." only for nothing to be taken care of for days. Also, it has been "We are looking into it and will update soon. Please stay tuned!" only to not be updated at all and have to reach out to their so-called under 2 minutes customer service and wait for hours and days to even get a response. Mind you, the response I get after waiting all these hours doesn't even provide a solution to my request but rather pushes my problem back down the customer service pipeline to be answered again (vaguely) by another representative the day after. This used to be a great prop firm but if you are considering buying their products I'd recommend waiting for at least 3 to 6 months in the hopes that they will fix their culture, platforms, customer service, direction, and leadership, to name a few.
