Excellent Customer Service & Problem Resolution
I had problems with my order. 1 of 4 rugs had flaws, plus the order was a little late being delivered to the wrong house, the package was damaged in transit, and therefore, the rug got soaked from sitting out in the rain. I cringed at the thought of having to fight to get the issues rectified, but to my relief, my customer service experience was fantastic! They shipped out a replacement quickly, and allowed me to donate the damaged rug. The representatives who worked with me were prompt, professional, answered every question, and provided helpful suggestions. Their follow-up in tracking the last delivery and to insure my satisfaction exceeded my expectations.
